Join Our Global Team as a Customer Service Representative

Are you meticulous, proactive, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced global environment? We're looking for a dedicated talents to join our high-functioning team and play a vital role in our international success.

Your Impact & Opportunity:

- Drive Financial Efficiency: Execute timely and high-quality invoice processing and job file management according to KPIs.
- Ensure Profitability: Verify rates meticulously to ensure invoice integrity, reduce disputes, and assure end-to-end profitability.
- Be a Problem Solver: Resolve invoicing queries and disputes effectively with customers and international branches.
- Collaborate Globally: Utilize strong communication skills to proactively address issues and meet urgent requirements. You'll have opportunities to directly support international job tasks.
- Own Your Workflow: Plan workload efficiently and collaborate within the team and with external parties for smooth global operations.

What You Need to Succeed:

- A minimum of a Diploma in a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; equivalent relevant working experience is also valued.
- Experience in international freight forwarding, invoicing, or costing is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you build rapport easily.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Working proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with CW1 system is value add.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential to support international counterparts.
- Flexibility: A willingness to occasionally work overtime and during Malaysia public holidays to meet business demands.
