**The role**:
Are you a dynamic and passionate leader looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? Join our CoE team as a Team Leader for the Noon Shift and take charge of a high-energy, fast-paced work environment. In this role, you will lead a team of talented individuals during the afternoon hours, driving productivity, fostering collaboration, and achieving outstanding results.
- Your primary responsibility would be to lead and manage a team of global forwarding professionals working during the noon shift. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the team's adherence to company policies and procedures.
- You will be responsible for coordinating and organizing the operational aspects of global freight forwarding shipments during the noon shift. This involves overseeing the booking of cargo with airlines, shipping lines, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring smooth movement of goods across international borders.
- Global freight forwarding involves managing a wide range of documentation and compliance requirements, including customs documentation, export/import regulations, and trade compliance. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all necessary documents are accurately prepared, submitted on time, and in compliance with international regulations and requirements.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a freight forwarding or logistic industry.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Effective communication skills are vital for interacting with customers, suppliers, and team members. Being able to clearly convey information, negotiate with stakeholders, and resolve issues is crucial.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support is crucial.
