**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced QC Team Leader to join our high performing team in Center Of Excellence (COE) in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
- Perform quality inspection, documents findings by following required audit process and procedures, provides trend analysis, and participates in audit calibration processes where required
- Ensures the desired quality standards are reached by sharing the audit results on a defined frequency
- Provides supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates workflow, motivate and strategize how the team will meet efficiency, productivity and consistency targets
- Acts as point of contact for reviewing policies and procedures
- Perform monthly check-point on the QC team member’s performance using scorecards as a point of discussion
- Chart a career development plan for the QC team member and provide guidance on how to achieve personal and career goals
**Qualifications**:
- At least 4-6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in Quality Management.
- Good knowledge of Training strategy and facilitation.
- Exposure to Six Sigma, Quality Tools / Techniques will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels within the organization.
