**Job Description**:
- Delivering a professional and consistent service to stakeholders in resolving inquiries related to Accounts Payable function and enhance the effectiveness of the team.
- Assist to establish all relevant AP and Procurement policies, procedures, and control.
- Consistently meets customer service standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine or complex issues / escalations.
- Supervise and develop team through learning & development, coaching, feedback & reviews.
**Qualifications**:
- At least three years’ experience in the Freight Forwarding industry
- Supervise and develop team through learning & development, coaching, feedback & reviews.
- Previous International logistics experience a benefit.
- Familiar with SAP ECC as well as Freight Forwarding operations
