**Job Description**:
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential
- Provide support to the Accounts Payable Team in delivering a professional and consistent service to stakeholders in resolving inquiries related to Accounts Payable function and enhance the effectiveness of the team.
- Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of processing invoices or payment depending on the team assigned
- Liaise with pending payment from different supplier (term of payment)
- Invoice processing (Supplier submit invoice, upon receiving said invoice, accounts payable will verify the invoice is valid and not a duplicate

**Qualifications**:

Prior experience in cash flow management is an advantage.
- Must have strong payment skillset.
- Fresh graduates encourage to apply.
- Added advantage, will be familiar with excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Table).
