The Opportunity:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Support account management and transaction processing.
- Provide product and technical support for customer transactions, feedback, and requests.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards.
- Respond to customer queries.
- Resolve customer issues based on agreements and processes.
What you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- This is an experienced operational / support role, requiring detailed knowledge of a business process.
- May provide assistance to less experienced staff.
- Considerable (1-3 years) job-related training and technical or vocational training is required.
