In line with our ongoing expansion, we invite dynamic and result-oriented personnel to join our team of diverse individuals for the following position:
**Responsibilities**:

- Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction consistently
- Coordinate all trucking and ocean freight activities with local and overseas offices
- Understand customer processes and delivery requirements to meet expectations effectively
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer requirements
- Process orders using various carriers’ systems
- Submit shipping instructions before deadlines and handle shipping documentation with agents or shipping lines
- Prepare and submit customer reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in forwarding
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of international freight forwarding and shipping documentation is preferred
- Prefer can start immediately
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
