**Job Summary: Area Manager - Mont Kiara (Spa & Wellness Industry)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Lead, schedule, and manage performance of spa concierge and therapist teams.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints across all branches.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain service and equipment quality.
- Promote spa services and products to meet sales targets.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
- Conduct staff training, especially for new hires.
- Organize and manage group sales and corporate event bookings.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English or Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Self-disciplined, committed, and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: RM6,000 - RM10,000
- **Allowances**: Transport Allowance
- **Benefits**: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical coverage, annual bonus, company trips, uniforms, training
- **Work Schedule**: 2 weekdays off; shifts from 10am-7pm or 12pm-9pm (1-hour break)

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional spa experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
