Role Description

This is a full-time Area Manager role based on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As the Area Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple veterinary clinics, ensuring excellence in service delivery, team performance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include staff management, facilitating clinic compliance with standards, implementing business strategies, monitoring financial performance, and addressing any operational challenges. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services.

Qualifications

  • Operational and leadership skills, including team management, decision-making, and performance evaluation.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple clinics efficiently and maintain high standards.
  • Experience in business strategy, financial monitoring, and operational compliance within a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Passion for animal healthcare and an understanding of veterinary clinic workflows is an advantage.
  • Relevant qualifications in business management, healthcare administration, or similar fields are beneficial.
