**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Daily check and report to superior domestic, bomba water tanks water level and water pressure and recorded in the checklist provided.
Monthly flush the water filter at Aurum rooftop and recorded in the provided checklist.
Daily check centralize exhaust fans at designated premise are functioning. Pay attention to the timer function and exhaust fans are alternating switching.
Attending and resolving to customer feedback.
Attending and repairing premise defective items including repainting of dirty wall, leaking windows etc.
- Carry out Periodic Preventive Maintenance as plan
- Walk around and check premise lobby and all corridors for any defects that required immediate rectification action. Report back to maintenance supervisor before carry out any rectification work.
- Assist to direct traffic into mechanical car tower for parking or during pick-up.
- To perform manual car parking or retrieving at manual mode if mechanical car is hang. Inform mechanical car park in-charge person for help if not sure.
- Assist security when security needs help especially when they have manning problem due to medical leave.
Attending and resolving to customer feedback.
Attending and repairing any building defective items including repainting of dirty wall, leaking windows etc.
- Performing Periodic Room Preventive Maintenance
- Walk around and check premise lobby and all corridors for any defects that required immediate rectification action. Report back to maintenance supervisor before carry out any rectification work.
- Walk around premise parameters, corridors, staircase, and lobby and check for lighting that required replacement due to shorted or uneven lighting tone. Report back to maintenance supervisor.
- Assist to direct traffic into mechanical car tower for parking or during pick-up.
- To perform manual car parking or retrieving at manual mode if mechanical car is hang. Inform mechanical car park in-charge person for help if not sure.
Performs any other maintenance duties as assigned by the Superior.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
- Knowledge of basic computer or Microsoft Office.
- Good in human relation and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Able to work independently and a team.
- Willing to attend emergencies after office hours.
- Responsible and dependable.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Pay: RM1,486.08 - RM2,497.61 per month
