JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Maintain and update the RFQ database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the sales team.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining sales records, and preparing for customer visits to ensure professional client engagement.
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams to obtain timely quotes for customer RFQs.
- Assist in project management for key account customers, including timeline coordination, progress tracking, and internal communication to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist in preparing project reports and presentations for customers.
- Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLSET:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, able to communicate fluently in both.
- Bachelor’s degree. Ideally with a technical understanding of the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing project timelines and communications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
