Oversee and manage the full-cycle payroll processing for executives, including base salary, bonuses, stock options, and other benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of payroll, resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll schedules in alignment with company financial deadlines and statutory requirements.
- Issuance letter for Transfer, Redesignation, Change of reporting line, Confirmation, Resignation, Verification, Promotion, Salary increment/adjustments, Retirement, Contract offers.
- To Keep track of the probationers' list, prepare the performance appraisal form accordingly and send the contract renewal form to all supervisors.
- To prepare contract listing & retirees for the renewal process, the performance appraisal form accordingly. Send the contract renewal form to superiors.
- To manage HRIS, Granting of replacement leaves for public holidays, Staff attendance update (if any), and Staff leaves record update (if any). To update the working calendar for staff in the Plant.
- Performance management. Prepare the performance review form, and compile the rating for the company.
- To address petrol card matters, Registration of new cards, termination of accounts, card replacements, managing petrol and account limit, to send the monthly statement to HODs for payment purposes.
- Insurance (ASO/GHS/GPA/GTL) management. Arrange for insurance renewal, dependents registration, Termination for resignees, staff movement updates, and claim submission for (GHS/GPA/GTL).
- To manage SOCSO claims, and prepare documents, forms, and claim submissions.
- Preparation for any angpow distributions.
- Invoices preparation.
- Balance Not Eligible - Invoice checking, salary deductions, payments, invoice status vs SOA.
- Fruit basket arrangements.
- Hotel arrangements, Booking & LOU.
- Third-party administration agreements renewal.
- ESS matters, issuance of letters, exercise process, liaising with Risk management & Boardroom
- Expatriates managements
- To assist future and ongoing payroll projects.

Job Requirements
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Worksy, HR2000) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- **Skills**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Availability**: Prefer immediate joiner.

Pay: Up to RM4,390.49 per month
