About the role

Join QL Kitchen Sdn Bhd' as a Payroll Executive in our Shah Alam, Selangor location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits to our valued employees.

What you'll be doing

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, and reimbursements
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and related statutory contributions
  • Maintain detailed employee payroll records and generate necessary reports
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies and internal teams to ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and policies
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues
  • Assist in the implementation of payroll-related system improvements and enhancements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll executive or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions
  • Proficiency in using payroll software (Boss i-net) and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain payroll-related information to employees
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Malaysian payroll regulations and compliance requirements
