Senior Human Resources Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end payroll administration, including salary computation, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and payroll reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to payroll and employment laws.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy for payroll, benefits, and reporting purposes.
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports and other HR-related analysis for management review.
- Manage and coordinate HR administrative functions such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee data maintenance.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by preparing employment documents and ensuring a smooth induction for new hires.
- Assist in handling employee benefits administration, including medical, insurance, and other staff welfare matters.
- Provide support in disciplinary, performance management, and other HR operational matters as required.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks which assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word).
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and time management skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM4, RM5,200.00 per month
