**Job Summary**:
The catering banquet crew is responsible for providing catering services at off-site events, ensuring that our clients and their guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Planning & Organization:

- Plan work after receiving all confirmed jobs.
- Organize and manage time and flow with a mínimal work team.

2. Event Setup:

- Set up event venues with equipment and decor according to client specifications.

3. Food and Beverage Service:

- Provide efficient food and beverage service during events, ensuring timely delivery.

4. Customer Service:

- Interact courteously with clients and guests, addressing needs for a positive experience.

5. Clean-Up:

- Dismantle and clean event spaces promptly, adhering to cleanliness standards.

6. Food Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations during all stages of service.

7. Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage the inventory of catering supplies and equipment.

8. Rented Equipment Oversight:

- Supervise the proper usage and care of rented equipment, reporting issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in banquet service or catering, especially for off-site events, is preferred. Minimum 2year.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different locations and event setups.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry catering equipment and supplies.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an advantage.
- Owns GDL license is an advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- Outside catering banquet crew members may work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules.
- This position requires the ability to travel to off-site event locations and work in various settings.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
