This role responsible to assist and execute in a wide array administrative roles and activities in specific areas relevant to the day-to-day work of the Social Enterprise, Impact Areas & Advocacy / Strategy to ensure both the tasks and processes run smoothly and effectively.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Pipeline building and deal sourcing in pre-defined sectors.
- Assessment of early-stage impact enterprises (from seed funding through Series A & B) including developing valuation models.
- Business and impact due diligence, including market sizing and independent research.
- Financial modelling to develop portfolio strategy.
- Writing investment memoranda, structuring financing instruments and developing term sheets.
- Supporting and working with portfolio companies to scale their impact.
- Quarterly and annual investor reporting.
- Contributing to education for social entrepreneurs and impact investors within the framework.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking/ Mathematics
- Preferably at least 7 years of relevant working experience in a similar function and/or development/non-profit sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good strategic and analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal skills and people oriental
- Self-driven and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Advance computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint) and database
