**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in person or on the phone.
- Answer or refer inquiries.
- Direct visitors to the right person or office.
- Monitor and control access for security purposes.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
- Handle mail and deliveries.
- Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Perform basic clerical duties like filing and photocopying.
- Assist the Tender Officer with administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entr related to tenders and bids.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- SPM/STPM or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
- English (preferred)

**Location**:
