**Job purpose**

The incumbent is responsible for data mining and data analysis to discover insights that help the company identify areas of improvement and seize new opportunities in terms of acquisition and trading. Using data obtained, will support his / her team to ideate and execute marketing campaigns aimed at encouraging acquisition or trading.

**Duties and responsibilities**

**Data Analytics & Reporting**
- Focus on local market and perform all monthly analytic reports based on available data. i.e. customer demography & trading behaviour.
- Update all necessary monthly reports.
- Manage and maintain data analysis of customers, such as trend and performance for the planning of any future promotion, post-campaign analysis and insight to improve local market share.
- Liaise with IT team in planning system enhancements and/or changes due to campaigns to achieve business revenue growth.
- Execute UAT check before implementation of new system enhancements and/or campaigns.
- Propose, plan and execute campaigns end to end, including preparation of communication material, T&C and FAQs.
- Develop detailed tracking templates and/or create new Qlik dashboard for data analysis for local market.
- Prepare post communication reports to track the effectiveness or result of marketing efforts.
- Execute campaign fulfillment, patching of RT points and other rewards.
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be determined from time to time by the immediate supervisor.

**Marketing**
- Write clear marketing copy to communicate a campaign related to continuing trading.
- Upload new content to our communication platforms and update content as needed.
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
- Support various marketing initiatives including web/app testing.

**Qualifications**
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Proficient in SQL programming language is a must
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good English Language Proficiency (Written and spoken)
- Energy, enthusiasm and passion for all things digital
- Basic knowledge on trading in Malaysia.

**Special Requirements (if any)**
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a relevant field (internships are included)

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
