_**About the Role**_
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Develop and execute **on-page and off-page SEO strategies** to improve search visibility and rankings.
- Conduct **keyword research and competitor analysis** to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website structure, content, landing pages, and metadata in line with SEO best practices.
- Perform **technical SEO audits** and work with developers to resolve issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, etc.).
- Build and manage **link-building campaigns** and outreach strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword positions, conversions).
- Stay updated on the latest **search engine algorithms, trends, and SEO tools** to continuously optimize strategies.
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- **3+ years proven experience** in SEO, with measurable results in organic growth.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz** (or similar).
- Strong understanding of **HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms** (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Experience with **technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies**.
- Familiarity with **local SEO, schema markup, and mobile-first indexing** is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
