**About the Role**

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for coordinating and supervising repair and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and quality of all equipment and training functions. This role requires technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance processes and enhance product reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Oversee Equipment Maintenance & Training** - Supervise all repair and maintenance activities to enhance equipment performance, efficiency, and training effectiveness.
- **Evaluate UAS Performance** - Analyze operational performance of UAS using engineering, aviation, and maintenance tools for both internal and external use.
- **Optimize Maintenance Processes** - Continuously improve maintenance workflows and outcomes through process adoption and enhancement.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Work with various departments and suppliers to improve products, processes, and manage warranty and reliability issues.
- **Compliance & Documentation** - Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and CAD6011 (II) standards, maintain accurate records, and stay updated with safety regulations.
- **Team Leadership & Customer Support** - Lead and assess team performance, support integration growth, and identify customer needs with relevant product/service recommendations.

**About You**
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel to branches to conduct training.
- Communication skills to work closely with cross departments.

Pay: RM3,602.00 - RM4,513.00 per month
