**Work Schedule**: 6 Days Work Week / Shifting Hours

**Location: THE Exchange TRX, KLGCC, Ascott KL and Mont Kiara**

**Overview**:
INITIA Group SG is seeking a dynamic and strategic **F&B Director** to lead and elevate our food & beverage operations across multiple high-profile outlets. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for innovation, and the ability to drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the F&B direction of the group and supporting its growth in Malaysia.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement overall F&B strategy, service standards, and operating procedures
- Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment
- Work closely with executive leadership on planning, budgeting, and business expansion
- Conceptualize and roll out new menu ideas and dining concepts to stay ahead of market trends
- Monitor and improve financial performance, including cost control and revenue growth
- Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team to build high-performing, service-focused staff
- Ensure a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints and handle service recovery where necessary

**Job Specifications**
- Minimum 10 years in F&B, with 5+ years in a director or senior leadership role
- Exceptional knowledge of F&B trends and service standards
- Proven success in high-end or volume F&B operations
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- **Ability to converse in Mandarin or Korean is an advantage** (to cater to a diverse customer base).

**Key Deliverables**
- Lead and implement the F&B strategy in line with organizational goals.
- Streamline operations and quality processes to boost efficiency.
- Maximize profitability via cost control, pricing, and revenue growth..
- Provide monthly reports on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed food and labor cost targets.
- Maintain full compliance with all health inspections.
