Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages.
- Greet all office guests.
- Manage, clean and organize the front desk/meeting room/working area.
- Record, restock stationery.
- Collect and sort all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Answer guests' and employees' questions.
- Decorate the office for festival celebration.
- Arrange for courier service pickup.
- Monitor correspondence reference number for hr/shipping and general.
- Orginizing file for stationery/request form
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary.
- Manage all office equipment such as xerox copier, water dispenser, water filter, and schedule air cond servicing, fire extinguisher replacement, replenish staff refreshment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
