Customer Service Executive

**Job Scope**:
- Provide professional customer support.
- Respond promptly to customers’ needs and inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer feedback and concerns.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up skills with customers.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with the team and management.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and satisfaction levels to support continuous improvement.
- Provide input on the efficiency of operations and customer service processes.
**Job Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent service.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.
- Proficient in using computers and digital tools.
- **Working Hours**:_
**Monday - Friday: 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM** work from office
**Saturday - Sunday: 8.30 AM 5.30 PM** work from home/location
- Off day: _**Tuesday & Public Holiday**_
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
