**Key Job Accountabilities **Customer Order Management
- Develop order entry, maintenance, customer information, part information, synchronize customer PO, Promise Ship date and Request Ship Date, maintain customer forecasts, RMA’s with customer, schedule and follow up on any change of customer shipment dates
- Obtain customer revenue forecast, drive customer loading and shipment to meet planned revenue

Customer-Relationship Management
- Raise RFQ and Pricing Alignment with customers
- Supports PM on preparations of business review, trend analysis, minutes and other reports related to Program Management
- Monitor customer design package approvals
- Function as the main point of contact for customer - oral and written correspondence
- Assuring engineering changes are implemented and associated costs are reimbursed by the customer

Managing Plexus Performance to Meet Customers' Expectations
- With Purchasing Product Manager, monitor and minimize excess and obsolete inventory. This includes the write-off of inventory at Plexus expense
- Monitor on-time shipping performance data for customers. Responsible to align with customers on actual performance data after month end closing
- Participate in production pack plan lead by planning
- Monitor customer escalation or satisfaction via RYG reports to ensure prompt and effective actions are taken

**Education requirements**:

- Degree/ Master Degree / PhD in any discipline.
- Certificate / Diploma with some related working experience or equivalent will be considered.
