**We're Hiring: Customer Service Consultant**

**Location**: Plaza Sentral, near to KL Sentral
**Onboarding Date**: 23rd September 2025

**Salary Package**
- **Basic Salary**: Up to **RM2,500**:

- **Rewards & Recognition (RNR)**: RM200
- **Commission**: Up to **RM1,000** _(Performance-Based)_

**Working Hours**
- **5-Day Work Week** _(Rotational Basis)_
- **2 Days Off Weekly**:

- **Shift Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Coverage**: Monday to Sunday
- **Training Period**: 2 Weeks (Fully Provided)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage professionally with customers via **inbound and outbound calls** to provide effective support and solutions.
- Recover **outstanding payments** based on credit classifications and debt aging.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in line with company policies and service standards.
- **Promote, cross-sell, and upsell** products, packages, and service upgrades.
- Consistently achieve **individual and team KPIs** while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties assigned by **Management**.
