Customer Service Specialist

**We are SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider located in Selangor, where innovation meets excellence.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage product listings across all platforms including marketplaces and stores.
- Check and update product packaging information.
- Upload all product listings to marketplaces and ensure consistency of information across all platforms.
- Create and manage brand pages on marketplaces, including uploading logos, brand stories, banners, and categorising products.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed by issuing purchase orders or product returns during promotions or when listing new items.
- Create images and promotion banners for products, including uploading and removing them as necessary.
- Design and create product visuals with client frames and upload them to all platforms.
- Provide assistance to the customer service and warehouse teams.
- Handle Lazada and Shopee live chat requests.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates may apply
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in creating product listings, managing inventory, and visual content creation.
- Experience with the Magento platform is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
