My client is signing a Business Administrator**.**

**What will you be doing?**
- Handle day-to-day related administrative tasks.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all related documentation.
- Assist project managers with administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.
- Organize and maintain accurate records and databases (electronic and physical files), ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments, suppliers, customers and partners.

**Experience and Job Fit**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in logistics, import, and export setup will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - English.
- Proficiency in using office software, especially Excel.
- Able to start immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
