1. Assist in all aspects of product development from concept to product commercialization across the group of all airline operating countries under AirAsia In-flight and SANTAN Cafe.
2. Support planning and execution of product development calendar across the group base of company / departmental goals, sales analysis, marketing strategies, customer trend and feedback.
3. Conduct on-board and/or on-ground testing for new products, and carry out evaluation sessions for existing products periodically to ensure quality and consistency.
4. Assist AirAsia in-flight, Santan Cafe and other relevant departments to finalize respective new products which includes photo shoot, food styling, writing and proofreading menu description.
5. Work closely with other relevant departments in launching of respective new products, brief and train Flight Attendants / Operation Team on the new products.
6. Coordinate sampling events, document and review product performance.
- 7. Support the establishment of Food Safety and Quality requirements for food product specification with proper assessment by the QA Team to ensure product compliance to regulatory requirements and safe to go live.

8. Support relevant quality assurance responsibilities when required.
