Ensure documents updated according to the respective elements
- Manage meeting rooms booking & condition
- Manage company’s collateral items - ordering/stock update/payment
- Assist the coordination of company engagement events, visitations and CSR with external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the events.
- Support internal communications
- To process invoices
- Maintain and manage administration matters in the department; i.e. maintain staff particulars and contact details
- Manage office asset/ properties, coordinate department meeting schedule by facilitating the meeting arrangement and post meeting which includes minute writing and etc.
- Assist the management of department budget
Skills and requirements:
- Minimum SPM/ Diploma with 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Proactive and able to support administration works as per assigned by department
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 per month
