Job Responsibilities:

- Spearhead market expansion efforts across designated territories and target industries, focusing on acquiring new clients and enhancing existing customer value.
- Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with regional objectives, broken down by key accounts, regions, and product categories. Track monthly performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize results.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses—including their strategies, market standing, and objectives—to tailor product and service solutions that secure new opportunities.
- Strengthen partnerships with major customers within the assigned region by building trust and loyalty through targeted engagement and retention programs.
- Champion outstanding customer experiences by collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Production Planning, Customer Support, Logistics, and Quality Assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Should currently be working in a senior Sales role, with responsibility of developing international sales and focusing on customer experience. Should have extensive experience winning and developing business with customers in other key markets.
- Possess hands-on experience of directly targeting multi-million-dollar B2B opportunities that entails long coordinated sales process and extended negotiations.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
