**[a] Administration**

1. To ensure all owners’ files are in order and up to date. All files to be properly indexed and visible to relevant parties concerned for review, etc.

2. Assist the Building Manager/ Building Executive in attending to complaints and to ensure all complaints are recorded in complaint forms.

3. To keep an updated list and status of residents whether they are owners or tenants as well as their nationalities.

4. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting Building Manager/Building Executive and/or Head of Section, Operation.

**[b] Accounts**

1. To ensure all owners’ accounts-related files are in order and up to date. All files to be properly indexed and available to relevant parties concerned for review, etc.

2. To assist prepare monthly billings on time which include service charges, water and utility charges, insurance, rental of common properties and all related charges.

3. To assist follow up and collect all payments including service charges, water and utility charges, rental of common property and all other payments.

4. Assist Prepare the bank-in slip and cheques for banking purposes strictly adhered to and all payments SOPs must be strictly adhered to.

5. Assist Record the cheque issued or transfer amount in the monthly bank reconciliation book.

6. To maintain an updated record of defaulters listing.

7. To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on the amount collected.

8. To send reminders for payment on a periodical basis based on agreed timeframe.

9. To prepare all necessary documents for issuance of charges for all operational expenses of the building.

10. Ensuring that all receivables and payables are correctly accounted for and preparing a comprehensive monthly statement of account for the owners’ perusal.

11. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting Building Manager/Building Executive and/or Head of Section, Operation.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
