**Job Responsibility**
- Identify and target potential tenants for temporary or pop-up leasing opportunities. Negotiate terms and manage contracts for short-term leases
- To develop marketing strategies to attract temporary lessees and promote the mall's casual leasing opportunities to maximise revenue and tenant diversity.
- To work closely with new existing temporary tenants to ensure their spaces are set up efficiently and alignment with mall standards and regulations.
- Set and achieve revenue targets for casual leasing spaces. Prepare and manage budgets for casual leasing activities and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to integrate temporary leases with mall events and promotions, enhancing the overall visitor experience.
- To ensure all temporary leasing activities comply with mall policies and local regulations. Manage risk by ensuring all agreements and insurance requirements are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for temporary tenants. Address and resolve any issues to maintain positive relationships and a professional mall environment.

**Job requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or sales, with a focus on commercial real estate or retail environment.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, and a good understanding of marketing and promotional activities.
- Real estate or leasing certifications are beneficial but not required.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
