A worlds first environment where consumers 100% control the data a company can see and use on them. Synkd also counts over 4500 premium publishers, Global advertisers and their agencies as customers

As such, we are now looking to hire a global **Sales & Marketing Manager** to join the team and to help shape the future of Synkd on a global basis.

Synkd (& sister company Imagine Mobile (creative agency)) have staff in the UK, Malaysia, Singapore, China and Taiwan and so we are looking for a forward-thinking individual with the ability (& aspiration) to one day become the Global Head of sales and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Become a champion of Synkd globally and promote its benefits
- Create and implement a global marketing plan to drive users and subscriptions
- build and implement a PR strategy for key launch markets (UK, US and Australia)
- Develop relevant content targeting Small & Medium sized businesses around the globe
- Oversee Social media presence
- Implement a search strategy
- Support larger client pitches
- Use Synkd, to manage digital advertising campaigns across Europe and the US

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- At least 3 years digital marketing and PR experience
- 3 years use of mailchimp, survey monkey, hubspot and other digital platforms
- search and lead generation experience
- Highly numerate and results driven with a high attention to detail
- Feel comfortable speaking with Press
- A proven track record in implementing pan regional digital campaigns that deliver results
- High level proficiency with Excel
- Comfortable with Adobe Creative Studio
- Outstanding English and a clear communicator
- Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Resilient & able to function under pressure and deliver high standards under tight deadlines.
- Media planning and buying experience from a leading media agency a bonus
- A good knowledge of the digital media industry
- Understanding of Programmatic channels including DV360
- understanding of digital ad serving and third party tracking companies like Forensic, Moat etc a bonus
