**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with freight forwarding industry.
- Proficient in both English and local language - written and verbal communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- JDA Master data maintenance - which consist of**:Customers details**:

- Delivery points
- Commodities
- Pack configuration
- Location
- Strategies i.e. putaway & allocation
- Receiving shipment: Confirm the qty received (from warehouse supervisor) against the packing list
- Key in data into JDA for receiving and assign location accordingly.
- Advice customers on the inbound received.
- Advice the freight forwarder for empty containers collection
- Outgoing shipment **Perform allocation in JDA upon receive order**:

- Print picking list
- Order confirmation/shipped once picking completed
- Print outbound labels
- Print waybill/packing list
- Cycle count To conduct a cycle count in weekly basis
- Report cycle count result (internally)
- Others**:Manual report data key in i.e. empty spools monitoring, return monitoring and send to customer**:

- Pallet utilization report (mid & end month)
- Place booking (export) for return spools
- Back-up on operational billing process
- Able to work additional hours based on operational needs

- Minimal supervision to complete tasks, highly trainable and approachable.
- Professional working attitude.
- Local communication skills are an advantage.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
