**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse management (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Competence in inventory management and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience in an operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
- Adaptable, with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and delivery of products to internal/external customers.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all warehouse updates and transaction processing.
- Monitor and manage rejections, return packaging, and discrepancies.
- Participate in and support monthly stock count activities.
- Track supplier deliveries, rejections, return status, and outstanding issues.
- Raise _Quality Alert - Claim Forms_ for any supplier-related defects.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processes and timely flow of goods.
- Enforce proper housekeeping, compliance with company standards, and adherence to safety, environmental, and health regulations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse activities.
- Monitor staff discipline, supervise team performance, and handle administrative tasks.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
