- Understand corporate policy and factories procurement policy requirements, plans and manage activities to satisfy factory needs.
- Follow up daily operation, quotation issues to customers
- PO issuance and follow up schedule reply from supplier
- Shipments follow up and make sure warehouse system key in within the period set in SOP
- Suppliers schedule arrangement, follow up and monitoring

- To update factory forecast to suppliers
- Monthly stock count participation
- Make sure the cargo deliver on time delivery to Panasonic factory and sub-con base on their requirement date
- Make sure the supply cargo with correct quantity and correct price to prevent any discrepancy happen
- Listen to Panasonic factory voice and review data to find opportunities for improvements, set mutually agreeable targets and accomplish them
- ** Requirement**:

- Education Background : Degree/ Diploma in related field
- Experience : 1 year working experience in purchasing & procurement or logistic field
- Require Skill : Basic Excel, Intermediate level is preferred

: Good English, Mandarin, Malay communication skill and great cross-culture communication skills
: Knowledge of purchasing or logistics (preferable)
: On time delivery with superior guidance
: Customer satisfaction with superior guidance
: Able to meet the task and deadline on daily operation
: Capable to work under pressure and long hours
