Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of event management? As an **Events Executive**, you’ll be the backbone of our events team, ensuring every detail is in place and every event runs smoothly. From coordinating with vendors to assisting with on-site logistics, your role will be pivotal in bringing our events to life. We’re looking for someone who is organized, has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to learn and grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Plan & Execute**: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring every event meets our standards and client expectations.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure the best services and materials on time.
- **On-Site Support**: Be hands-on during event setup, operation, and teardown, making sure everything runs smoothly as required.
- **Admin Mastery**: Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining event documentation accurately.
- **Client Communication**: Engage with clients to understand their needs and keep them updated throughout the event planning process.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of event materials, ensuring everything is in order and ready for action.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and help us get better with every event

**Job Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand.
