issue invoices / delivery orders using AUTOCOUNT software
- record / update stock quantity in AUTOCOUNT software
- perform stock count and checking upon stock receiving and dispatching
- sorting / filing invoices and company documents
- monitor inventory level and its expiry date
- order stock/notify when it reaches minimum quantity level
- plan driver's delivery route schedule according to orders and Public Holiday
- perform other routine office administrative tasks
- able to read and speak mandarin is an added advantage
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 9am-2pm
Location: USJ 1/13 SUBANG JAYA
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
