Admin Assistant

**Responsibility**
2. Contractor & management Liaison, to act as the primary point of contact with contractors and the management of HQ & branches for repair, maintenance necessary permits, and assist in project if any
3. Facilitate communication and coordination between HQ and branches for general ordering, printing and stationery, repair & maintenance, procure fixed assets & etc
4. To assist branches about operations, work flow and guideline related to administrative and ensure smooth running in overall HQ & branches’ operations
5. Prepare and submit payment request to finance department in a timely manner.
6. Compile and submit daily task report on the work activities and progress of task/project
7. Analyze monthly report and other performance indicators
8. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
**Requirements**:
1. Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Administration/Management or equivalent
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
4. Familiarity with office computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Words, Microsoft Team) and basic office equipment such as a computer, phone system, printer scanner and fax machine.
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, multitasking skills and prioritize task effectively
6. Strong organizational abilities and attention to details with strong initiative and problem solving skills.
7. Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
8. Experience in administrative support and operation management.
9. Possess own transport
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
