**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage IT Infrastructure: Oversee servers, databases, and IT assets to ensure system stability and efficiency.
- Website & Database Server Management: Maintain websites, hosting environments, and cloud services.
- IP-Based Telephone Systems: Configure and support VoIP solutions for effective communication.
- Document Management System: Implement and maintain centralized document repositories for organizational operations.
- Network & Security Management: Monitor and optimize network infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity compliance.
- User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for employees on IT tools and best practices.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues across all organizational entities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, database management, cloud platforms, and networking.
- Familiarity with document management systems, centralized repositories, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certifications in CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
- Experience in healthcare IT, clinical software, or hospital systems.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, backup solutions, and system security.
