**Job Overview**:
The Human Resource Asssistant / Exucutive is responsible for managing and overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. The role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to support the organization’s strategic goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment & Staffing**:
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- **Performance Management**:
- Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
- **Training & Development**:
- Identify training needs and develop employee development programs.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- **Compensation & Benefits**:
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary packages.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- **Compliance & Record Keeping**:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by regulatory agencies.
- **HR Policies & Procedures**:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding.
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and recommend improvements.
- **Strategic HR Planning**:
- Support the development of the HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Participate in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
