1. Assist in all human resources & training and development matters.

2. Prepare, generate and maintain employee’s attendance/leave records and check its accuracy against the system on daily/weekly/monthly basis for payroll computation with mínimal errors

3. Handle all the foreign workers related issues and matter including hostel.

4. Distribution of employee PPE including safety shoes, uniform and etc and maintain a good stock count record

5. Assist on review and clean up all personnel files, statutory records, HRDF are up todate and ensure all HR related files are properly kept and locked with access by authorized persons only

6. Ensure a prompt and good filing for all HR and related documents and with good document control methodology

7. Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, or labour relations activities of an organization

8. Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all time for all HR matters with good document control methodology

9. Prepare badges, passes, and identification cards, and perform other security-related duties

10. Assist to compiles various reports and information required by department head, inter-department, management or governmental agencies

11. Support in training related matter.

12. Coordinate the monthly morning talk to achieve its intended objective(s)

13. Assist in company special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

- Good writing business letter and command of English and Malay.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
- Strong PR skills and effective communications skills.
- Knowledge in Labor Law is important.
- Should be independent, work under pressure, be a team player and good interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter and highly motivated individual

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tampoi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- HR: 1 year (preferred)
- Hostel Management: 1 year (preferred)
