HR & Administrative Officer (Fresh Entry)

Responsible for resume screening and coordinating interview arrangements.
- Payroll administration, including data entry.
- Staff attendance tracking and overtime computation.
- Organizing and planning employees training sessions.
- Reception duties, including attending to visitors and suppliers, coordinating meetings, and arranging refreshments.
- Booking flight tickets and arranging transportation for visitors/expatriates.
- Office maintenance management, including contacting suppliers and handling maintenance requests.
- Managing entry/exit permits for visitors and internal employees.
- Renewal of company licenses (e.g., MPJB License).
- Arrange monthly payments for rental and utility bills, and generate monthly budget reports.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin is an added advantage.
Location: Tampoi
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
