Admin & Account Assistant

Assist in day-to-day administration / operations of department, including filing, data entry, documentation, report generation and etc.
- Preparation, checking and processing invoices, delivery orders, account statements, purchase orders, quotation, claim and all other related documents.
- Responsible for following up with outstanding daily payments.
- To assist in account transactions, account checking, verification & follow up.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by your immediate superior from time to time.
**Requirement**:
- Able to work at Eco Business Park 2 (8 mins from Taman Impian Emas; 20 mins from Kempas)
- Possess at least Diploma in Accounting/LCCI.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Basic book keeping knowledge is required.
- Good Attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision. Be able to meet deadlines.
- Good Written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills with people
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
