About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Assistant cum Admin to join our company based in Senai, Johor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Receive, verify, and record supplier/customer invoices.
- Organize hardcopy and digital records (e.g., payment vouchers, receipts, contracts).
- Maintain spreadsheets for expenses tracking.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder office supplies
- Assist in preparing POs for office supplies, services, or project materials.
- Ensures PO matches invoice and delivery order before payment.
What we're looking for
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
