**Job Scope***

**Sales***
- Sales orders entry.

**Accounts***
- Daily maintaining invoice in OneDrive
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve customers’ billing issues
- Upload invoice in customers' portal
- Prepare Statement of Account and collecting payment
- Follow up payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Posting receipts in a timely manner
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

**Admin***
- Assist in payroll processes (checking attendance, leave, overtime, replacement hours and keying in gate pass)

**Requirements and skills***
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business studies with minimum 1 year working experience.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Must be familiar with Singapore GST guidelines
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and ERP accounting software
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must be a proactive multitasker with the ability to handle various tasks effectively._ _

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
