HR & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a reliable HR & Admin Assistant to support daily HR operations and general office administration. You will handle attendance checking, staff claims, payroll inputs, HR documentation, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check daily attendance, lateness, overtime, and absences
- Verify staff claims via HR digital platform
- Prepare monthly payroll input
- Maintain employee files and HR documents
- Prepare standard HR letters (offer, confirmation, resignation, etc.)
- Assist with onboarding and simple recruitment coordination
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
- Handle deliveries, filing, and general office admin tasks
- Assist with basic travel arrangements and internal reminders
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience
- Good in Excel/Google Sheets
- Organised, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication in English & BM
