We are looking for a reliable HR & Admin Assistant to support daily HR operations and general office administration. You will handle attendance checking, staff claims, payroll inputs, HR documentation, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check daily attendance, lateness, overtime, and absences
  • Verify staff claims via HR digital platform
  • Prepare monthly payroll input
  • Maintain employee files and HR documents
  • Prepare standard HR letters (offer, confirmation, resignation, etc.)
  • Assist with onboarding and simple recruitment coordination
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Handle deliveries, filing, and general office admin tasks
  • Assist with basic travel arrangements and internal reminders

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience
  • Good in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication in English & BM
