**SALES EXECUTIVE**

Department : SALES

Report to : SALES MANAGER

**Primary Responsibilities**

Your primary role is to develop a new business and growth our sales from our existing customer.

As a company representative you should bring our core value approach to our customer. The value is Sincerity, Respect, Professionalism, Embrace Challenges, Gratitude, Persistence.

Internal collaboration, you should be the role model of your team and colleges to demonstrate our core value and lead your team to meet our company Vision and mission.

You are fully responsible on the order delivery execution and fully collaboration with your immediate superior.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR**
- New Business development per target given.
- Growths existing customer sales
- On time collection as per target given.
- On time quotation and update project time line
- Establish reliable Sales Forecast.
- Order fulfilment as per given KPI.

**DUTIES COVERED**

1. Work closely with CSO and supply team to establish a sales forecast to efficient the sales realization.

2. Communicate with essential data and summary to the team to give a head up, to embrace new challenges to resolve flawlessly.

3. Develop good repo with customer to strengthen business relationship with customer, a strategy plan shall develop and presented monthly.

4. Monitor right action and approach by tracking all customer visit and evaluate the confirm sales developed, which need to review from time to time.

5. Train and educate CSO to improve order taking approach whichever help to delight customer.

6. Shorten the quotation time, improve the time to order by continuously improve the information source are consistent, rapid and reliable.

7. Shorten the order to delivery lead time.

8. The listed JD may amend from time to time based on the business and company strategy Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as a new challenge to you.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
