OVERVIEW:
A program manager role builds long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. This individual oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develops new business from existing clients, develops products according to the market demands, and actively seeks new sales opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a program manager with PST Travel Services, you will play an integral role in developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. This role entails answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities and liaising with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience to achieve targets.
- Serve as the lead point of contact to all stakeholders with regards to customer account management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Identify commercial gaps, negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
- Identify customers wants and needs, developing solutions to service accordingly
- Develop trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quota
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status, and ensure accounts maintain a healthy ageing level
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
