**Responsibilities**:

- Manage **employee relations**, address grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Handle **payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management** to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with **Malaysian labor laws** and company policies, including statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax).
- Implement and oversee **HR policies, procedures, and training programs** to support employee development.
- Maintain and update **employee records**, HR reports, and performance evaluations.
- Support management in **HR planning, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives**.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5 years** of HR experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of **Malaysian Employment Law** and HR best practices.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** to engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to **multitask, work independently**, and handle confidential matters with integrity.
- Proficiency in **HR software, payroll systems**, and Microsoft Office Suite.
